We’re attending the Thought Bubble comic convention in Leeds on November 17-18th, 2012, and we’ll be giving away free colour promo comics of our forthcoming graphic novel Porcelain: A Gothic Fairy Tale in the build up to the release of the complete book in February 2013.

You can find us at Table 13 in New Dock Hall on the Saturday and Sunday of the convention, where Benjamin Read and Chris Wildgoose will be available to chat about their work, and Chris will be doing sketches and taking commissions.

For those not attending Thought Bubble, the colour promo will also be available from supporting retailers from November 17th: Page 45 (Nottingham), Travelling Man (Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle and York), Gosh! (London) and Orbital Comics (London). In addition, the graphic novel will be available to pre-order from these shops.

Written by Benjamin Read, illustrated by Chris Wildgoose, coloured by André May, and lettered by Jim Campbell, Porcelain: A Gothic Fairy Tale is set within a world that’s a darkly magical echo of our own. It follows the story of a street urchin, known as Child, who leaves the cold streets of a snowy city behind when she climbs the high wall into the Porcelain Maker’s secret garden in a bid to steal whatever she can.
